WHAT WOULD YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LIFE BE LIKE IN THE DIGITAL DEPARTMENT OF GDC BEAUTY GROUP?
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the e-Commerce and Marketing Activities on assigned marketplace channels (like Amazon store...).
- Manage the day-to-day business as for example monitor sales, provide forecasts and ensure stable operational processes.
- Manage all relationships with partners and vendors to achieve commercial targets
- Set achievable goals and strategy for growth expansion and profitability for your marketplace channel.
- Create sales reports and feed back to the wider team. Define and monitor business KPIs for new and existing marketplaces.
- Define a clear and lean sales strategy for onboarding new partnerships
- Partner with internal teams to develop a go-to-market strategy and facilitate successful, impactful product launches and international expansion.
- Develop strategies to increase sales, reduce costs and drive conversion rate of acquired products including price optimization, PPC, packaging/inserts, coupons and deals, customer communications, creative, changing package dimensions, subscribe and save, removing unprofitable products and more.
- Manage inventory levels, forecasting and replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstock situations and to avoid co-mingling of product with other sellers’ product.
- Identify, assess and create proposals for new market opportunities, business models or resource allocation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital or Business administration.
- 3 or more years of related experience.
- High level of English (min C1 required)
- Proven experience in marketplace management, with a focus on Amazon.
- Proficient in data analysis and using tools like Google Analytics and Amazon Seller Central Analytics, +Power BI or other reporting tool
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, clear and direct communication. Ability to translate business requirements to technical requests.
- Commercial mindset
- Knowledge of SEO and its application in an e-commerce context.
